The success of a career services department is based on relationships.
Organization and School’s profiles, which will be run by the CS department serve as a hub-connector for students and employers. With these profiles Career Advisors can recommend students for jobs, create events and invite students as well as employers, measure their interactions for reporting purposes and act a conduit by operating their own online network.
Student profiles will be set for current students of an institution. Graduates will be able to post resumes and portfolios, state goals and search for open jobs. There will be profiles created for alumni as well who will also have the opportunity to mentor current grads though the network.
Employers can Find and hire Talented Local College Graduates!
Employer profiles are the piece where decision makers can post jobs, express the needs of their company and describe the type of candidate they would like to receive. Most importantly Employers can prospect candidates from their chosen school of relation for positions without the hassle.
