Lisa began her career in New York as an art director at several large ad agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Advertising. From there, she co-founded Vox Advertising & Design, a boutique agency dedicated to fostering creative solutions for print, promotional and website design and marketing. Lisa has consulted for several Fortune 1000 companies, developing creative and marketing strategies for B2B and B2C initiatives.
With a strong marketing and client management background, Lisa brings knowledge of how to help businesses build and manage strategic online digital campaigns across search, display, social, mobile and retargeting channels. She especially enjoys working with clients to help them understand the digital landscape and its expansive and unique opportunities.

Michael J. Massey, V.P. of Sales at Clickit Digital, started his career in banking after graduating from SUNY Brockport with a B. A. in History. His media sales career included a local rock radio station and an NBC affiliate. After a short stay at an ad agency as the Director of Client Services and a partnership with a local designer, the Media Man was born. Through hard work, true grit and a belief in what he stands for over the past 13 years, Massey is known up and down the East Coast as a media mad man and skilled strategist that generates measured results for clients.
His portfolio of clients has included a Fortune 500 insurance company, a commercial real estate firm, a Southeast based wealth management bank and several community based credit unions in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. He has consulted with several small to medium size businesses on developing advertising and media campaigns.
Michael has lectured at Siena College and is the co-author of ‘Your Ad Here Demystifying the Business of Media and Advertising’ He is a member of Rotary and the National Association of TV and Programming Executives.
